MISSION

“WOMESA” has set itself the mission of promoting equity and equality between genders; women's access to maritime training and technology; as well as their advancement to key decision-making levels in the maritime sector in Eastern and Southern Africa.

OBJECTIVES

- Strengthen the capacity of women and increase their number among managers in the sector.
- Contribute to the development of the maritime sector in Madagascar
- Working for the guidance of women
- Participate in the preservation of the marine environment.
- Promoting the blue economy in Madagascar

- Training and capacity building of our members.
- Raising awareness and guiding young people about careers in the maritime sector

- Participation in the celebrations of World and Regional Days related to the sea and maritime transport.
